A dry white wine of blueberries matured for seven months in oak barrels gives a greater concentration of red fruit with a hint of spices. The barrels are well integrated and the acidity is superb. The after-taste is long and dry, with sandy tannins and a mouth-watering finish. Suitable with game and red meat. Should be
served at 16-18 degrees.
